This is a unique opportunity for anyone involved in business and organizations to explore how constellation process can bring clarity
and insight into difficult and complex situations. The process can find the solutions to stuck situations while exploring such issues
as client attraction, repeat business, clarity of product and service offerings. It can also examine marketing and branding questions
and future growth. Are we at the right place, doing what we are supposed to be doing? Are we following our bliss?
Organizations are human-created frameworks and therefore living systems. What gives them life are the humans interacting in
and with them. Each person in the system is an entry point into the organizational matrix. As some of you have experienced,
we can make relationships in families visible, tangible and greatly improve them by using Family Constellation methods. The same is
possible for organizational systems. Yet different rules apply since these are self-forming systems and are functioning under different
rules and with different boundaries.
In this upcoming workshop, we will focus on issues participants bring from their own observations and experiences. No previous exposure
to constellation work is necessary.
If you are a facilitator, coach or consultant, there will be a training portion at the end of each day to learn more about the unique
differences in working with organizations. Elmar will introduce the rules and boundaries in organizations and answer questions from the day.
An exciting addition will be to experience and learn about “Liminal Constellation”, a new way of facilitating developed by Elmar that is efficient,
easy on participants, and profoundly respects the Field. Previous training in constellations facilitation is recommended for the post-workshop training.

Elmar Dornberger, LPC, MFA, MA Psychology, is the founder of Hemisphere Consulting in Boulder, CO and is a member of the Rocky Mountain
Alliance of Systemic Constellation Work.
Before becoming a therapist and facilitator, he was the Creative Director in several Fortune 500 companies, creating many name brands,
and products, streamlined processes, restructured departments and supervised as many as 40 employees. Facing any and all challenges that
the corporate world presented made him interested in understanding what makes humans tick and started his journey into the field of the human potential.
Elmar has extensive training in Family-, Systemic- and Organizational constellations and has been a presenter at the 2005, 2007, and
2011 U.S. Conference of Systemic Constellations. He currently teaches a constellation facilitator-training program in Boulder, CO.
He holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering, an MFA in Visual Communications, and a MA in Art Therapy and Counseling. He is a Licensed
