Enduring changes result from taking one step at a time. Please join me for an evening of Systemic Constellations,
and discover the transformational power of this experiential process in your life, and take the next best step forward.
Where are we held back? What do we need to let go? What is in need of healing? What is calling to us? We will discover
deeper truths and uncover hidden dynamics that allow us to move on from the past, grief, fear, or resentment; connect with
our hopes and dreams; or gather support and resource for achieving our goals.
Constellational process is a unique approach to address issues, questions, concerns, problem solving and conflict resolution,
with amazing results. This evening workshop provides an opportunity to experience movement forward, and take one more step in the
direction of our hearts desire.

HEALING OUR ANCESTRAL SOUL
East West Bookshop Presentation

An introductory presentation exploring our Ancestral Soul. Integrating Shamanic Ceremony,
Systemic Constellations, and discussion, we will explore how the stories of our ancestors live on through us to gain a deeper undertanding of our own lives.
We will connect with our guardian ancestor, and discuss ways to bring resolution to inherited negative patterns and issues.

The following workshops are available for groups and organizations:
HEALING OUR ANCESTRAL SOUL
In each family, there exists an Ancestral Soul where the stories of the ancestors live on through the descendants.
In this experiential workshop integrating Shamanic Ceremony and Systemic Constellations, we will meet our ancestors and though them gain a greater
understanding of own lives. We will source negative patterns and issues through our lineage
to facilitate resolution and healing; “meet” our guardian ancestors who provide wisdom, gifts and strength and invite them
into our lives.
Woven into the workshop will be discovery of our “spirit” lineage, how other cultures regard and venerate their ancestors, catch a glimpse of
ourselves in the context of the Greater Ancestral Soul that extends beyond our families to the collective, and look at our responsibility as a future ancestor.
SHAMANIC CONSTELLATIONS
Shamanic Constellations integrates sacred space and Spirit with Systemic Constellations.
Participants will have an opportunity to learn about constellational work, and experience how
hidden dynamics in one’s, relationship, family, organization, or self, can be revealed and unraveled
resulting in shifts in life issues, attitudes, patterns and relationship difficulties. This process
invites a movement of our soul toward greater freedom, living healthier, more integrated and authentic lives.
TAKING THE NEXT STEP
Enduring changes come from taking one step at a time. In this workshop we will experience how Systemic Constellations
can help us take the next step forward. Whether it is moving on from the past, grief, fear, or resentment; connecting with our
purpose; gathering support and resource for achieving goals; we will experience movement forward, and take one more step in the direction
of our hearts desire.
CLARITY WITHIN, MOVEMENT WITHOUT
The Book of Changes (I-Ching) guides the theme of this workshop, with the hexigram “Clarity Within, Movement Without - this produces greatness and abundance.”
In this one day workshop we will accesses the dynamic
relational field within us through Constellational Work, a process that is the mechanism used in Family and Systemic Constellations. As well as lending itself to addressing ancestral,
familial and organizational dynamics that underlay current issues we may be struggling with, it is also a powerful tool to
invite presence, resource, and healing for more tender states within: those of our different “parts”, our connection to Spirit/Divine/God/Goddess,
our true self, as well as conception, developmental and birth issues.
This workshop can be the springboard to shift your life inviting clarity regarding a relationship, attitude, belief, pattern, or difficulty.
With clarity, energy frees up, allowing resolution and movement toward a greater sense of freedom and our authentic, abundant self.
BOUNDARIES AND CONNECTION, A Workshop for Women
The path to connection and intimacy with others is found through our having an intimate connection to ourselves and our truth.
From this place of wisdom and knowing, we trust our capacity to show up for life exactly as we are.
As women, we are often either too open or too defended in our relationships because we have not had the opportunity to bring conscious
awareness to exploring the edges of our boundaries. We may have little awareness how this threshold affects us physically and emotionally,
and what gateways new awareness can open in our lives.
Boundaries are potent thresholds, points of connection, that define where we end and the other begins. Deepening our
awareness allows for greater discernment, choice, and freedom, as well as a sigh of relief from physical tension that
our bodies carry for constantly being at our defense.
This day-long exploration integrates experiential exercises, art, meditation, sacred ceremony.
